Hello everyone, I am Reiny van Uden, president of the Dutch Mustang Club
(T.M.C.N.) and I want to pronounce our club event on the 17th of
september on the Oval circuit in Venray (south of the Netherlands). We
have a special display this year for all years and types of Bosses.
You can display your Mustang or Boss (all years and type) in two ways:
1. be part of the static Boss or Mustang show (10 euro entrance for non
club members), 2. Only for club members show your car and drive on track
behind a fast pace car, this is Europe's fastest Oval circuit (limited

Membership Team Mustang Center Nederland
Membership Team Mustang Center Nederland runs from 1 January to 31
December and costs € 45,00 per year. You get four times a year our thick
full color club magazine the "Pony Corral" and the membership pass.
Complete the application form and become a member of our club. After
filling out, you'll get directly into the payment screen, so you can
transfer the contribution directly. After you make the payment, your
application is final, so you have access to the "members only" section
of the website.
For your information, we report that the completed information will be
treated strictly confidential. They serve for the members administration
to which only the board has access. We will never provide data to third
parties, and between members only with your permission.

On Saturday evening we are expected at 07.00 PM in the dining room and
then we enjoy a 3-course dinner buffet. At the moment we have 7 rooms

Diner and overnight stay can not be reserved separately from each other,
but only as a combination.
Based on a double room, including breakfast, tourist tax and the dinner
buffet you pay € 66,- per person

Until August 10th the rooms etc. can be booked via our website. After
that, the rooms can be booked based on availability, so on request at
the hotel. But then it is not possible to join the dinner buffet.
If you register via our website at the end of the reservation you will
be sent to the payment screen where you can transfer the amount directly
to T.M.C.N. via IDEAL or MisterCash.
Part of the parking lot at the hotel is specially reserved for T.M.C.N.
so that all Ford Mustangs can stand together.

Description of the event
Family Day, this year on Sunday September 17 on the location: Raceway
Venray.
Everybody is welcome from 10.00 AM at:
Raceway Venray
Peelweg 47
5813 AD Ysselsteyn (Limburg) bij VENRAY (the TomTom only knows the
address OR the Zip code not both).
The event is free for members of T.M.C.N. and the passengers in the car
by showing the T.M.C.N.-membership pass.
You may drive on the circuit (Up to the noise level of 90DB; Raceway
Venray has the right to deny cars that produce too much noise the access
to the circuit). The following rules apply to driving on the circuit:
* You are writing in advance (before September 1st) via this website;
Enter the badge and type of the Mustang where you go along the track.
Then you will receive a confirmation, a safeguard form and a personal
risk form that you fill in and signed on September 17, by e-mail.
* On September 17th you will sign up with the signed forms at the
T.M.C.N. Club stand before 11:00 AM, where you will receive a
participation sticker with number and also hear what heat / time you can
drive on the circuit.
* We offer a total of 20 heats between 12.00 and 16.00 PM (5 heats per
hour), in which 6 Mustangs go behind an instructor for 6 rounds on the
circuit each time. This involves 1 warm-up, 4 fast laps and finally 1
rounds.
* While driving, you cannot catch up, you keep driving in the starting
order. (So no match item)
* You may wear a helmet, but this is not mandatory.
All club members can park for free in the oval. Note: There are up to
230 Mustangs in the oval, so come on time: Full = Full. You can get in
the oval until 11.30 AM then only once a hour.
After each 5 heats, the inputs and outputs are opened for 10 minutes to
drive in and out. The walkway can only be used when the circuit is
empty, not during the heats!
We pay extra attention to the Boss 302-429 Mustangs, all Bosses from the
1969-1970 (first generation) and 2012-2013 (second generation). They
will be put together and at the end of the day they drive in a parade
over the oval of the circuit. If you come with a Boss, please send an
e-mail to president@fordmustangclub.nl. Then we make a nice place for
your Boss on the special BOSS-302 Parking!
We also have various stands, a cosy terrace and a Bouncy cushion for the
children. There is no car booth sale. At 16.30 PM we finish the day with
a Boss Parade followed by a Slot parade (for all T.M.C.N. club members
present).
