Bei euch kriegt man fuer ein Quad strassenzulassung das is in Canada total und strict verboten

ihr kreigt auch strassenzulassung fuer so eine sorte kleiner dunebuggys bei uns auch nicht moglich

Well, I think if you have canadian plates on your yellow "toy", it should be ok.

But prepare to be pulled over with that kind of car !

By the way: looks like it started life as a VW bug ? The engine and front axle looks very much like that of a bug.

You are 100% correct I would expect to get pulled over with my buggy heck I get pulled over here in Canada sometimes the other issue is that the car is only going to be 29 years old in 2014 so it does not qualify for historic vehicle status here at home or in Germany that means I would have to get a Umwelt Plakate for it ,which would not work as the car is missions exempt here at home because it is considered a kit car

as long as you don´t consider to get german license plates for your cars the Umweltplakette is nothing to worry about I´d say.
They simply don´t know where to send the ticket......and IF they really get you without the sticker it´ll cost you 40€

You only need the umweltplakette within certain areas, usually in bigger cities. There are special traffic signs for that areas. ouside these areas, you do not need a umweltplakatte, e.g. Autobahn, country roads, rural areas.

It is a full tube chassis using a vw Kafer front suspension but highly modified also uses a vw rear suspension and highly modified vw transaxle and instead of the vw aircooled I use a late model golf gti motor
