F70 15 Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread Red Line for sale
Hello Guys
I assume I will never have a showcar that would need tires like this so these are for sale.
Awesome looking never used Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread Red Line tires.
These were sitting in a shop for a while. They are reproduction tires and according to the DOT they were manufactured in 2007.
New tire like this cost around 325usd in US but the cost was way higher to have them in Hungary.
I ask 1000euro for the 4 tires + shipping
Offers welcome as always.

Have you seen the "perfect condition" 50 years old Goodyear tire prices on the ebay lately?

Re: F70 15 Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread Red Line for sale
https://www.kelseytire.com/performance- ... d-rs-.350/

Yes, 13 years... might considering old , we consider even a 5 years old tire old that we use on our daily driver car.
However people dont really put these kind of tires on a "weekend driver" classic even if they are new. They are more for show room than street simply because they are expensive and far away from a good modern tire.
These tires were stored in a worksop not under the sunlight and they look perfect.
I agree they are expensive, but 3-400euro definitely not that range I would sell for.

Re: F70 15 Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread Red Line for sale
that is fine.
Your tires, your decision what to do with them.
People have different opinions and values.
I drive mostly bias ply tires.
And I really use them and drive many miles.
Therefore have a clue when and how they do age.
Keeping them out of the sunlight does help and they don't crack too fast (dry rotting cracks to be seen on the sides).
But even when stored indoors all the time the rubber itself gets old and still dries out. The softener is gone and they start driving worse getting older.
Usually happens after than 9-10 years on classic cars.
They do look great though no matter how old they are
