Hi from the US.
I'm needing some help on a T5 dash emblem for my 1967. I am curious if anyone can help with either the measurements or maybe even a 3d file or Acad drawing of the emblem. Due to a shoe string budget, I am going to try to fabricate my own emblem, unless I find an older used one.
Also If I knew the font used for the "T5", I could possible cut it with vinyl and then etch a piece of aluminum.
Thanks for any help!

Hi from Germany:-)
the emblem is 130x25x6mm. User 66con had a project running with reproduction in Rumania with a T-5 owner for a repro. He may update us on the status. It will be however not cheap.

Re: 1967 Dash emblem 3d file?
Thank you Wolfgang!
Can you answer is the back flat or is it inset, if so do you know how much? I assumed that it s, I felt like it probably set on top of the molded Mustang emblem on the dash panel.
I was able to find another source but it was out of my budget.

There is an inset of about 1mm.
Otherwise the 3D-Cad is fairly easy for the base plate, the embossed is more difficult, the repro was CNCmachined, thus the higher costs maybe, yet originals run for 250 Dollar with a trend towards 350 and more.
If you want a budget solution you could take the later Grande emblem, however it is 125x20mmx4mm only.Otherwise the 3D-Cad is fairly easy for the base plate, the embossed is more difficult, the repro was CNCmachined, thus the higher costs maybe, yet originals run for 250 Dollar with a trend towards 350 and more.

Re: 1967 Dash emblem 3d file?
Thank you Very much Wolfgang!
You have been most helpful, I have access to cnc equipment and so hopefully I can replicate one.
I understand now why the other one cost so much. I wasn't sure how it was built. I have Ebay setup worldwide to monitor if any are put up for auction, but I'm not expecting to see any anytime soon.
Thank you again!

Hello Felix, I wasn't sure at first that T5Owner was referring to you, but I soon figured that out. Your pic of the emblem really shows the workmanship that went into it. It looks great!
